I've been dealing with EdgeClear since 2022 when I first opened an account with them. Ian has been very helpful since day one and they have always been very professional, responsive and helpful. When people ask me what the best option is if they want to move into Futures and I always say EC.

The broker/company are excellent, 2nd to none in terms of customer service. Their data integration into TradingView is seamless and I don't experience lag etc.
They are extremely responsive and helped me get setup with my first futures account, as well as integrating it with TradingView. It’s not intuitive but they have been helpful all the way through. I get excellent execution time! Extremely underrated. I chose this broker based on many professional future trader recommendations found Reddit, and I don’t regret my choice!
They're always available when you need them, and bend over backwards to find a solution that is tailored to your specific needs. Best customer service of any broker, hands down. Ian in particular has the patience of a saint, and the ability to somehow respond to even the most inane queries and requests within minutes. Thank you all from Down Under!
