Bigger picture movement is a repetition of a previous move from 2016.
This is not going to the moon just yet, it is establishing a bottom here.

Pay attention to the correlation between the red line from 2016 & the red line that projects into July 2019.
There will be a strong move up in the coming months then sell off to the red arrow to test a higher bottom.
