QRL fundamentals are all good for accumulation buys. The only variable is when main exchanges platforms will list the mainnet coin (the coin which is actually mineable through PoW mining). The actual markets available are based on the ICOish ERC20 tokens released for inital start of the project. Basically consistent price moves and subsequent price consolidations ,upward or downward, will only be defined when a mainnet listing will occur.
However an uptrend confirmation would occur in the event of exchange listing.
In the chart you can see some key resistance levels on the daily timeframe .
QRL has strong possiblities to start an ascending channel towards the Second Daily resistance levels on 8500ish levels.
