Ashford also provides rest estate investment services, such as mezzanine financing, first mortgage financing, and sales-leaseback transactions. Its revenue streams include Room revenue, Food and beverage revenue, and Other revenue. Room revenue accounts for the majority of total revenue.

The Ashford Hospitality Trust continues to do fight through the adversity that the COVID-19 pandemic has thrown at them.
After inevitably needing to conduct a Reverse Split on July 1st, 2020 (RS 1 for 10)...
Most of its holdings took a massive hit, so in order for their stock to not get delisted they did the RS.
But the company will return back to full strength as the economy recovers due to the COVID-19 Vaccine.
PRIOR TO COVID:
ANNUAL REVENUE: $1.3 - $1.5 BILLION
SOLID QUARTERLY DIVIDEND: APPROX $0.40 - $0.60

Fib Levels - Profit margin opportunityMajor Pullback from high, just went down until 2,42 level which is very strong level on fibonacci. It got lots of demand from that point and went up to 3,5-3,6 point which is also strong resistance for fibonacci level. For my idea , it will be between 2,42 -3,6 level for a while. it can be good opportunity to trade between area. its %35 profit margin area.

Ashford Hospitality Trust RangingAshford Hospitality Trust (REIT) is a great long term investment with dividends that have previously been anywhere between 5%-9%
Unfortunately many investors have fled from this long term investment because of the huge amount that they are leveraging. They cut their dividend prices in 2019 which is always a red flag to investors. In 2020 one can expect another cut to the dividends which may cause another drop in June.
CURRENTLY they are at an all time low. I expect them to liquidate their smaller (residential) properties in order to push past the buyer's market we could be facing soon. I would not expect them to push past the Sell zone I have marked since I haven't seen any news for them using any new technology to compete with some of their bigger REITs Will update this analysis with news
