This is just simply my technical analysis. I cannot predict the price action. I can tell that the new auctions coming soon should pump the price despite I think we are still bearish. Who knows, just a thought. I see head and shoulders development. However, I expect a bounce to $40 range. Also, I like to get in when the RSI is low.

This is my personal idea of when you should buy ETH. Around the $450 and my personal long term target will be 1.5K USD.
