The timeline of the incident is:
【21：00 - 21: 01 UTC, June 12, 2025】【Manipulation Happened】Within the first minute of market open, IC Markets' USTEC jumped up by more than 3000 pips and went totally back down by more than 3000 pips in seconds, which was not witnessed in any other broker's USTEC charts or in the fundamental US Nasdaq futures chart, evidencing that this is not authentic price movement at all! (Everyone see it using TradingView) This inauthentic momentary price movement caused unfair wrongful stop losses (-£967)
【by 21：58 UTC, June 12, 2025】【All my Take Profits would have all been triggered】The real price moved exactly in my predicted direction (going down), !would not have triggered any stop-loss!, perfectly in line with my analysis! The normal profit would be (+£1,034.54/USD1,400)
I hereby firmly demand (*) full compensation for the normal profit (£1,034.54/USD1,400). The orders would have successfully reached Take Profit levels WIHTIN IN THE SAME HOUR had this wrongful price incident not happened (You can check my Take Profit and Stop Loss record logs).
If you refuse to compensate (*), I will no longer refrain from making my real experience and real grievances known on every social platform. You have earned a lot from market making, and you should fully compensate when market making errors occur.
If the losses were caused by my incorrect predictions, I would absolutely NOT blame you at all. But this is entirely due to your market maker manipulation, and I had set clear and achievable take-profit levels.
