When using the Trading view interface this is much easier than using the original IB platform

Takes them a week to process deposits, they send a lot of emails on every little thing that occurs. I opened the account over a month ago and just trying to work with it

Very slow log in process. Very slow reaction to buy and sell button.

Excellent company, they just wouldn't let me buy a BITCOIN ETF without an explanation for now and without an explanation of what needs to be done to get the option to buy in the future

There are disconnections at least 3–5 times every day. It’s very hard to rely on the connection.

should have better integration with trading view. has too many maintenance disconnections .

Good TWS application except for the "advanced chart", which is based on Tradingview, and it is suffering from many bugs and limitations even compared to the free version of Tradingview. Once this is solved I would highly sugget them. For now, I would suggest using a professional Tradingview account with lowes cost broker.

A lot of disconnection, false data is presented, trades are disappearing from the Graph

i didnt knew that i need to connect to interactive IL. tried to connect interactive brokers for several days! 2 positions activated sell order because of that and it is outrages. what to do?>

We use the Interactive Brokers system to make trading accessible to our clients, there are of course customized versions with our label.
If you opened a trading account through us, you can connect to it both in our branded systems and through the Interactive Brokers systems - there is no difference.

Very Good! I did get disconnected once, but that is really not a big deal (especially in comparison to the previous IB connection). The only comment I have, and not even sure if it is related to the API, is that I find that I have to refresh the page after I buy or sell a security before I can view my entry on the chart (or see it disappear after I exit my position). Also, would be great if IB would support more (API) trading features, such as trailing stops, viewing TP and SL on the brackets during a trade, etc...). Aside from that, thank you for this update!
