Higher service fees, commissions, connection fees and margins than other futures brokers. They even charge for using their own trading software, which is odd. However, customer service is decently responsive. Even the base commission is >30% higher than other brokers. Micro margin requirements are >3x higher as well. Wire withdrawal charges are also 33% higher.
PS By service fees I mean, for example, wire withdrawals are $40 with you instead of $30 at other brokers, your micro futures liquidation fee is ten times higher at $25 vs. $2.50 at other brokers.
The issues I have is their margin requirements don't seem to line up. I had 2K in my acct. and it wouldn't let me trade 2 mini contracts. Maybe I don't understand, but I didn't like it. Plus it takes a week to get a deposit in your acct. and that is using wire transfer, the quickest method they claim. They deduct from your bank acct. and it still takes 3 days to get the $ available to trade. That's why I am currently shopping for a new broker.

Having a position with max possible contract size results in no possibility to close the position with "close" with brackets (tradingview) instead you have to move the sl or tp bracket to get out of the trade! That's not intuitive and bad UI experience.
