We have a lot of different options here; however, nothing is 100% I am personally holding fiat till I get a solid confirmation to jump in and it follows the patterns.
1. Gets close to the line of resistance. Never makes it and goes downward
2. Bounces off the line of resistance
3. Breaks out of the line of resistance and goes straight before going back down.
4. ITS A TRAP! (Bulls trap) We think it is going up and it does not.
