For a safer entry, wait for the price to drop sharp below the 130 period moving average on the 15 minute timeframe, wait for it to pullback to the moving average and enter below the pullback. The stop loss will still have to be above the bigger structure so you will have a later entry with a slightly worse risk to reward, but safer.
