It's impossible to read price from the time frame where the consolidation is visible--rejecting both highs and lows consecutively.
You must go up a time frame to see the larger candle time frame and where the nearby higher time frame candle levels. Whatever the closest higher time frame level, that's usually where the consolidation will usually take price
