Dekpol SA engages in the construction, finishing, and sale of apartments, industrial establishments, and warehouses. It operates through the following segments: General Contracting, Development, Production of Equipment for Construction Machines, and Other. The General Contracting segment relates to sourcing for the implementation of short-term and medium-term contracts. The Development segment focuses on strengthening its position on the real estate market. The Production of Equipment for Construction Machines segment establishes position among manufacturers of accessories, both as OEM supplier for global manufacturers of construction machinery as well as supplier spoons for the secondary market. The company was founded by Mariusz Grzegorz Tuchlin in 1993 and is headquartered in Pinczyn, Poland.
