10/24/25 - $yubcf - more treat than trick 10/24/25 :: VROCKSTAR :: OTC:YUBCF more treat than trick - always a hard one to size up in the US mkts bc the OTC ticker is illiquid as all hell - and the company has been fighting some headwinds - but on a day like today i can start to get this squarely over 1.5% size w/o having to stress too much - need to do more work, beware of the foreign settlement fee if you are a smol buyer (they will eat u) - but a day to take a look - digi identity in workplace is not a trend that's fading - these guys have only hardware solution on mkt that makes sense - hardware > software, always for security V

5/14/25 - $yubcio - Started 1% LT stake here 5/14/25 :: VROCKSTAR :: OMXSTO:YUBICO Started 1% LT stake here - ugh, wrote a long post and trading view glitched, and these are ultimately mostly for me, so i'm going to keep it short and highlight the points i had elaborated on - YUBCF is the OTC ticker for US-only investors. they charge a hefty $50 fee for foreign settlements, for many investors, so be aware of this and it can affect your willingness to buy small shares. this might not make sense therefore if you're looking at only a few 100 shrs. keep that in mind - these guys r leaders in hardware authentication. cyber has many verticals but identity is most valuable IMO and hardest to scale, esp on the hardware side (which is superior to software-only). it's just a more secure product. - these guys will grow 25% p.a. for several years (minimally, i think), stock trades inside of 5x EV/sales, a hair above 30x PE and that, friends, is cheap. - booking curves and wallstreet's obsession with the short term, shunning euro stocks (this is swedish) does matter for entry level. but value is good here LT. - i plan to grow this from 1% to 3-5% depending on how the quarter evolves and whether the market dumps and this weaker beta goes bidless and i can scoop a pile 10-15% lower. keep this on your radar. YUBICO - Time to say bye This analysis cannot not recommend OMXSTO:YUBICO as an investment stock with this price level. Overview of the Company The company operates in the cybersecurity category (actually, what it does is not traditional cybersecurity services, we may call it as information security or data security). They produce a single device used for authentication (web, mail, door etc.). However, the increasing number of passkey-based authentication (biometric, camera or pin-based methods) in today's computers is the biggest competitor of this system. Because such services come free with the device you buy. Current Price : 216 Moving Averages Daily 200 : 232 Prices broke 200-day support on 3rd of January. Price under 200-day daily is a very strong indication that the stock operates in down trend Weekly 50 : 219 Prices broke 50-week support on 7rd of January Waves If the pries goes under 204, it confirms the downtrend. One another support is on 176 that looks a senseful price to have this stock for long term. Candles Monthly : Most recent two candles is making lower low with a high volume that is an indication of a downtrend. Indicators MACD Weekly : Growing histograms under base level indicates sell pressure. MACD Daily : Formation of a divergence started that indicates price reversals. MACD 4H : A divergence has been formed, but histograms are very short that may indicate a noise. MACD 1H : If prices does not go under 216, it is a signal to buy (short term trade as well as a week signal) Super trend : 1H - 4H - 1D : Downtrend PSAR : 1H : Uptrend (weak) 4H - 1D : Downtrend Harmonics A harmonic pattern has been formed with a good wave structure. The harmonic has been supported by support and resistence lines. But the price operates under harmonic pattern level that is an indication to stop out. When the price hits 211, the formation fails.
