The Corporate finance segment provides corporate loans and advances, trade finance, finance lease, deposit, agency, wealth management, financial consulting, remittance and settlement, management, and security services to corporate clients, government agencies, and financial institutions. The Personal finance segment provides personal loans, deposit, personal finance, money transfer, stock brokerage, and bank card services to individual clients. The Funds segment includes inter-bank market transactions and investments such as inter-bank borrowing, repurchase transactions, investment and trade of debt instruments, investment in derivative financial instruments, and foreign exchange trade. The Others segment includes businesses that are not attributable to a specific segment. The company was founded on January 22, 2007 and is headquartered in Nanjing, China.
