Last time we had the weekly RSI touch 30 was at the market low in 2015
Dec 11th is a mirror of the downside, the overall bear trend may not be over, i think this is a critical date to watch out for. I have it market off on my chart.
Looks like we could possibly be at the bottom. Reversal pattern is noted.
