As attractive as this pair might be to go Short, You might be selling into a strong support (Check your Daily TF for confirmation on that) I'll wait for a bearish candle before going short on H1 timeframe, but anything other than that at this point is indecisive as it could reverse, cutting you out if you go short this early My Bias: PATIENCE

The Fate of the British Pound, as you can see hangs on the S/R line. It could go either ways depending on the Brexit decision. A No Deal Brexit would Witness a huge break beyond this S&R line and vice versa.
