I've seen this happen 75% of the times ... expecting the price to reverse to the -- H4 --- ORDERBLOCK -- would be us expecting the market to do what we want and we all know thats impossible I'm not sayiing the price won't be back at the ORDERBLOCK , obviously it has to come back and mitigate...

--as we can see , the price kept on manipulating --,the lower lows taking out early -- BUYERS --- and if You check the last move Down before the up-- move You can see-- it created an ORDERBLOCK IN THE--- H4 !!! the institutions SOLD TO BUY ... ii then expect the price to come and mitigate the ORDERBLOCK... but there's also a --H2 ---ORDERBLOCK -- WITHIN THE H4
