I did a triangle defense that worked out in my favor and I am happy will be continue to practice this setup until I get better at it.

This is my triangle defense thought pattern to setup system to do a BUY AND NOT workout for me, so I may have to do some tweeting and try something different. I have to focus more on my market structure and see what went wrong. I do love the use of the MACD and the Vortex to help me in my momentum.
