Higher time frames is the easier tell. Both 2001 and 2009 tells us SPX is headed down. This "should' have occurred again in 2015 but QE3 prevented a similar "natural" fall toward the mean. Will there be QE4 and lift us up higher away from the mean or will it correct this time around. Time will tell.
