USDCHF USDCHF – Patience Phase

We’re still in accumulation mode, trying to build expansion, but nothing is confirmed yet. I’m not forcing trades here — just observing LTF footprints and letting price show its hand.

Until we get a clean mid-term LH break, I’m staying patient. We’re still trading inside the internal structure range, so there’s no reason to be aggressive.

This is a monitoring phase, not an execution phase.
Let next week’s momentum reveal direction.

Tracking > reacting.
Patience is the edge.
Alignment comes before execution.

Let’s go. 💪📉

USDCHF - Stopped out at breakeven on what should have been an 18.8 pip winner. Entry at daily order block + DXY confluence was clean, hit 1:2 at 15min liquidity void, but held for 4hr BISI target. NYK manipulation reversed it. Entry 3:45am LKZ, should have exited 7:15am. Mental game mistake cost the win.

The Setup:
LKZ entry at daily order block in perfect confluence with DXY selling off. Price moved clean toward target, hitting the 1:2 risk-reward at the 15-minute liquidity void at 7:15am. This level also corresponded with DXY signaling end of move and NYK HTF manipulation incoming.

Execution:
Entry: Daily Order Block + DXY confluence
Stop: 9.3 pips
Original Target: 4hr BISI (30 pips, 1:3.8 R:R)
Should Have Exited: 15min LV at 18.8 pips (1:2 R:R)
Actual Result: Breakeven (moved stop after hitting 1:2, didn't take profits)
Time in trade: 3hr 30min (3:45am entry, should have exited 7:15am)

Why It Didn't Work:
The analysis was correct. The entry was correct. The 1:2 R:R hit exactly where it should have - at the 15min liquidity void that aligned with DXY and NYK HTF manipulation signals. The mistake was mental: greed over discipline. Instead of banking the 1:2, moved stop to breakeven and held for the 4hr BISI target. NYK brought the reversal, stopped out at breakeven.

Notes:
This is the honest reality of trading. Even when you read price correctly, mental game errors cost you wins. The 15min LV, DXY confluence, and NYK manipulation all screamed "exit here" - but greed for the 1:3.8 target overrode discipline. Should have taken the 1:2 or at minimum heavy partials. The rules work when you follow them.
Understanding the models isn't enough - you need the discipline framework to execute them properly. Check the link in my signature to learn both.

USDCHF The US dollar has been very noisy during the session here on Monday against the Swiss Franc, and I find this price action very interesting. The 0.79 level is an area that we’ve been watching for a while here, and it’s acted like a basement, for the market. I think that makes quite a bit of sense because there are a couple of different things going on here
